Settles Gas Station, or College Peaks Service at the North East corner of Highway 24 and Main Street. The Texaco station is visible across the street. Gib Gregg bought it in the 1940s and had two slot machines in there. It was the start of him getting out of debt. In 2023, this lot is currently the location of Rustic Woods.
